The Verification of Top Schools, Verification of Winning Team, and Verification of Invited Teams must be completed by the county/regional coordinator and submitted electronically to the CAD Office by Wednesday, February 8, 2012 by 5:00 PM. Documents must be downloaded to your computer before completing them and submitting them electronically to kscarberry@solanocoe.net.
Verification of Top Schools
Report your top scoring teams (one team, per school).
Verification of Winning Team
Report the team representing your county/region.
Verification of Invited Team
Complete this form for "all" teams (one team, per school) that may be eligible to receive an invitation by CAD to participate at the state championship. CAD will notify the regional/county coordinator by Wednesday, February 15, 2012, if a team(s) has been selected for that region/county.
